How to Set Your Highest Goals

How many times have you told yourself, that you need to finish that book, loose weight, or clean out the closet. I have been there many times in my life. What I learned is that if I write down my goals, it became a reminder and visual. Setting goals is very important to reaching your highest goals. You may want to start with a small goal as you began to ponder the outcome.
So what is a goal. It can seen as a person's ambition or effort to aim and a desired result. It can also be an idea of the future you may want. The question for you is-how high do you want to achieve. Remember every goal comes with objectives.
A goal has to be S.M.A.R.T.
Example: I want to loose 20 pounds by January 10, 2021. ( A goal describes where you want to be in the future. However, it does not explain how to get their.
My objective is: Exercise 45 minutes a day and 10 minutes lifting weights. I will also eat more fruits and vegetables.
